Refund and Return Policy

All Sales Final on Coffee Beans Because our coffee is freshly roasted to order and is a perishable food product, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any roasted coffee beans. All sales are final. We do not accept returns based on personal taste preferences, but we are always happy to offer brewing advice or recommendations for your next order.

Damages and Order Errors We want you to have a great brewing experience. Please inspect your order upon receiving it. If your package arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  1. Your order number

  2. A brief description of the issue

  3. A photo of the damaged or incorrect item

Once we evaluate the issue, we will make it right by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.

Approved Refunds If a refund is approved due to an error or damage on our part, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, please contact us at thecoffeeinternsg@gmail.com.
