Meet the Queen! We’re thrilled to drop Miss Sakura (花魁).
From the legendary region of Guji, Hambella (Buku Abel estate) in Ethiopia, this phenomenal bean stunned the coffee world in 2017 by taking on the best Panama Geishas. It was so impressive that the company who introduced it to China named it Hua Kui (Queen of Flowers).
Slowly matured using the traditional natural process, it concentrates explosive layers of flavor. Expect a blooming bouquet of rose and passionfruit, strawberry jam, and peach, with a lingering sweetness and an elegant tea finish.
